    夏天是减肥的好季节,我们来看一下120卡路里的摄入与消耗
     
    120卡路里大约相当于:
     
     
    注意热量值只是食品很多指标中的一个,所以并不代表吃香蕉和吃鸡腿会变胖的程度差不多
     
    下面来看看120卡路里的消耗(已换算):
     
    打羽毛球21分钟
     
    滑雪19分钟
     
    滑冰27分钟
     
    骑自行车29分钟
     
    这样看,吃一袋趣多多要打一个半小时羽毛球;吃一个法式牛角包要骑一小时自行车啊

     过去认为多吃热量相对少的,对控制体重有帮助。但现在认为吃得太素,不耐饿,人相对更容易吃的多,结果撑个大肚皮,像非洲难民。还是应该吃的少而精(6-7分饱、特别是晚饭),加上适量的运动,这样才能达到控制体重、保持身体健康。当然开始时会感到胃里空空的,想吃东西,忍一忍,时间长了就习惯了。
